Add StaffFlow to your home screen
Nothing to download. You get an icon on your phone that opens straight into the app, and it updates itself.
Open StaffFlow
Then, to keep it: tap the ⋮ menu at the
top right of Chrome and choose Add to Home screen.
An icon appears with your other apps.
Then, to keep it: tap the Share button at
the bottom of Safari and choose Add to Home Screen.
Or install the Android app
A normal Android app file. Choose this if you would rather have StaffFlow installed properly on the phone.
Download for AndroidThis part is Android only. On an iPhone, use Add to Home Screen above instead — it gives you the same app.
What happens after you tap download
- Wait for the download to finish. A minute or two on site wifi. Keep the screen on.
- Open the downloaded file. Tap it in your notifications, or find it in Downloads.
- Your phone will block it the first time. Normal for an app that does not come from the Play Store. Tap Settings in that message, turn on Allow from this source, press back, then tap Install.
- Open StaffFlow and sign in with Google. Use the Google account the office has for you.
- Enter your joining code. Your supervisor gives you this.
If something goes wrong
Show your supervisor the exact words on your screen. Only install
StaffFlow from this page — a copy sent through a messaging app is not ours.
Check you have the real file
Every StaffFlow build is signed by Al Sahd Contracting. Your phone checks this and refuses an app that has been tampered with.
